You Need
to Know.

Do I need any experience? +
None at all. Every session is coached and modifications are provided. Our members range from complete beginners to seasoned athletes — all pushing their own version of more.
What do I need to bring? +
Breathable gym gear, a water bottle, and a towel. Equipment is provided and shared between members during sessions.
Can I choose which program to do? +
Yes — Move and Perform run simultaneously on opposite sides of the room Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays it's Sweat. Your coach will recommend the best split for your goal.
What happens after my 2 weeks? +
If you want to stay, we'll walk you through membership options. Memberships start with an 8-week minimum term, then 2 weeks notice to cancel. If the trial isn't for you, there's zero obligation and no awkward conversation.
How quickly will someone contact me? +
We aim to call within the hour during business hours. We'll get you booked into your first session and answer any questions.
