Move develops usable strength, movement quality, and work capacity. Using moderate loads, higher reps, and continuous movement, Move challenges coordination and control under fatigue.
Runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday alongside Perform as total-body training.
Perform is built around strength progression. Each session is structured using progressive overload to help you lift heavier over time. Expect lower reps, longer rest, and a focus on quality.

REVL Sweat sessions are the perfect complement to our strength days. These cardio-based sessions are designed to increase your overall fitness, power, and genuine endurance.

We designed REVL so that walking in for the first time feels easy — not intimidating. Here's what your first session at Burleigh looks like.
Before
Your coach meets you at the door, shows you around the studio, and walks you through what the session looks like. No guessing.
During
Every movement is demonstrated before you do it. Coaches know your name, watch your form, and modify anything that doesn't suit your level.
After
Your coach recommends the right session mix based on your goal — strength, conditioning, or both. 3–5 sessions per week for best results.
Bring
Breathable gym gear, a water bottle, and a towel. We handle everything else.
Step 01
Fill in the form. We'll call you within the hour to book your first session.
Step 02
Get there 15 minutes before your first class. A coach walks you through everything.
Step 03
Book into as many sessions as you like. Your coach recommends the right mix for your goal.
Step 04
After 2 weeks you'll know. If you want to stay — simple. If not, no hard sell. Your terms, always.
